Click on any body spot, and a list of videos that will help address that specific area are listed to watch. Video clips are 20-60 seconds and explained in voice over by founder, Richard Rossiter. Track before/after pain & mobility ratings for your PICs, review the technique while you are doing the workout, track session lengths, take notes to track a PIC ongoing, and compare Rossiter results to other modalities, and more. After more Rosstier workshop training, your app can be upgraded to include the new techniques you learn. This app will help deepen your understanding, increase confidence, and help quickly sharpen your Rossiter Coaching skills, while tracking your results with dashboard results.
